Fit ‘n Fun on the Friday


Mondays 10-11am

Chair exercises and other fit ‘n fun activities designed to increase strength and balance will be offered each Friday at the DeMotte Library.

Beginning on Friday, March 3 from 10-11 am, all interested adults are invited to ‘Fit ‘n Fun on the Friday,’ a free exercise program that is ideal for seniors who are looking for a fun way to begin a fitness program.

This exercise program is free, and registration is required. Register online or by visiting or calling the DeMotte Library, 901 Birch St., SW, DeMotte, 219 987-2221.
