Lean & Limber Exercise Class

Relaxing, smooth stretching and low impact movements are a great way to limber up and feel healthy and stress-free.  Start your New Year out right by coming to the DeMotte Library’s Lean & Limber Exercise Class, held each Monday, January 8-29 from 5-6 pm, where, instructor, Becky Schultz will lead participants in a variety of different movements that will strengthen and build muscle while reducing stress.
