Lean & Limber Exercise Class

Relaxing, smooth stretching and low impact movements are a great way to limber up and feel healthy and stress-free.

Come to the DeMotte Library’s Lean & Limber Exercise Class, held each Monday in April and May, from 5-6 pm. Instructor, Becky Schultz will lead participants in a variety of different movements that will strengthen, tone and build muscle to increase well-being.
