Being an adult doesn't mean you can't enjoy Summer Reading!

Cool off with a good book or take along an audio book as you travel or work around the house or yard this summer - from your local library - and enter to win prizes in our annual Adult Summer Reading Programs.

Rensselaer

If you are taking a summer vacation, or even a ‘staycation,’ the Rensselaer Library has just the entertainment for those lazy, hazy, crazy summer days!

From June 5-July 31, adults are invited to read books, magazines, e-books, audio and e-audio books and enter their name in a drawing for weekly prizes as well as a grand prize drawing at the end of the program.

This summer, stop in the Rensselaer Library, 208 W Susan St., Rensselaer, and READ, color, create & have FUN!

Each item that you check out in the categories listed above earns you an entry, and participants need not be present to win.

For more information, visit or call the Rensselaer Library at 219 866-5881.

DeMotte

Adult summer reading will begin: Beginning June 1, 2017 – ending July 15, 2017

For 6 weeks all adults who check out any item can enter their name to win a surprise bag (filled with goodies) in the weekly drawing. This year we have added a grand prize (drawn at the end of the 6 weeks program) of a large bird feeder and two bags of bird seed

Wheatfield

Adults are invited to check out books, magazines, audio books or e-books at the Wheatfield Library this summer, where the theme for the Adult Reading Program is ‘Build a Better World.’

Every item that you check out earns you an entry into a drawing for weekly prizes, and if you sign up for a punch card, every 5 books you read earns you a small prize. Held June 5-July 29, Build a Better World Adult Reading Program is free and open to all interested adults.

For more information, visit or call the Wheatfield Library, 350 S Bierma St., Wheatfield, 219 956-3774.
