Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm -
New class begins every 8 weeks

Adults who are looking for a workout that will strengthen the core, elongate muscles and build better balance are invited to attend 8 weeks of  ‘Yogalates’ - a combined Yoga and Pilates class - held at the DeMotte Library each Monday evening from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Class size is limited to 15. Participants should bring along a large towel or yoga mat. Class is free and taught by Becky Schultz. Registration is required, and is available online at www.myjcpl.org/events or by visiting or calling the DeMotte Library at 901 Birch St., SW, DeMotte, 219 987-2221.

Signups for each  8 week class will be taken through the first session of each class.  Then for the next 8 weeks, patrons may sign up on the waiting list. There is a limit of 15 people for the 8 week class. A new class will be offered during the next 8 weeks.

Classes are free to attend and open to all interested adults.  Bring a yoga mat or large towel and join us, Monday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm!
