New class begins every 8 weeks

SUMMER CLASSES (June July August) BEGIN at 5PM

Adults who are looking for a workout that will strengthen the core, elongate muscles and build better balance are invited to attend 8 weeks of  ‘Yogalates’ - a combined Yoga and Pilates class - held at the DeMotte Library each Monday evening from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Class size is limited to 15. Participants should bring along a large towel or yoga mat. Class is free and taught by Becky Schultz. Registration is required, and is available online at or by visiting or calling the DeMotte Library at 901 Birch St., SW, DeMotte, 219 987-2221.

Signups for each  8 week class will be taken through the first session of each class.  Then for the next 8 weeks, patrons may sign up on the waiting list. There is a limit of 15 people for the 8 week class. A new class will be offered during the next 8 weeks.

Classes are free to attend and open to all interested adults.  Bring a yoga mat or large towel and join us, Monday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm!
