Welcome to your online Jasper County Public Library!
Use your Digital Access Card or JCPL Library Card to access any of the resources you find here. If you have questions about using your card, just give us a call or use our Ask a Librarian form! With these cards, you can access library resources right away from any location, no trips to the library needed!
The Digital Access Card is a program available through local schools since 2015. For more information, see our Digital Access Card Policy. You may also use your valid Jasper County Public Library Card to access these resources.

Research for Projects and Homework
We have a fine selection of resources for your research needs. Research paper? Start with Explora or browse through thousands of current news items in INSPIRE / Student Research Center / Kids Search. Need to identify a tree? What Tree is That? will let you find your way to the right id by answering simple yes or no questions. Math or science questions? Check out ASK Rose, the free after-school hotline for Indiana students offered by Rose Hulman. Explora also offers links to science topics. Need to argue a topic or present a debate? For the best arguments for and against current event news topics, go to Opposing Viewpoints, where you can find an opinion about just about anything. Need original sources for papers? Look through our links for Indiana University, Indiana Memory, and American Memory at the Library of Congress, or check out local news sources with links organized by your library. Writing help?
