JASPER COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY HOSTS ‘BICENTENNIAL BIRTHDAY BUZZ’ IN OCTOBER

                Indiana residents, how much do you know about the Hoosier state? All three branches of the Jasper County Public Library invite all ages to put their Hoosier thinking caps on and participate in our Bicentennial Birthday Buzz during the month of October. To participate, visit any branch of JCPL, and pick up the Indiana challenge sheet for your age category. Age categories are: school age, which includes students up to and including grade 5; teen, which includes grades 6-12; adult, which includes ages 18 and over.

                Pages in each age category contain quizzes and activities relating to Indiana, and each is age appropriate. To participate, complete your page and return to any branch of JCPL with your name on the sheet. Participants who complete and return their worksheet will receive a coupon for a free family movie, shown at the Ritz Cinema in Rensselaer at 2 pm on Sunday, November 13. Snacks and other concession items will be available for purchase during the film. Movie title TBA.

                No registration is required to participate. Quiz sheets will be available in October. The deadline to return completed sheets is Saturday, November 5th @ 5 pm.
