Meeting Rooms and Equipment Use

Each library has meeting rooms of various sizes that the public can reserve for selected events. These reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The library also has audio-visual equipment available for use in the rooms for presentations. Availability of equipment is also on a first-come, first served basis. Some equipment can also be rented by the public (with a deposit) for use outside the library.

No reservations are considered completed until you have received confirmation from designated library staff.
